What is Distilled CS?
Distilled CS is a community-driven framework that gives Customer Success teams a shared language for measuring maturity, setting benchmarks, and building repeatable processes. It is inspired by what the FinOps Foundation did for cloud cost management — providing an open standard where none existed.
Why we built this
Every CS team reinvents the wheel — building health scores from scratch, guessing at benchmarks, and hoping their metrics are the right ones. Existing frameworks are paywalled, vendor-locked, or too generic to be useful. Distilled CS aims to change that by offering a practical, context-aware framework that adapts to your stage of growth, team size, and customer segment.
